South Africa
- Standard Express Delivery: R99 flat rate for all orders
- Free Delivery: Automatic at checkout for orders over R1,500
- Delivery timeframe: 20–30 business days
- Tracking: provided by SMS and email once your order enters the local courier network (via trusted partners like Buffalo Logistics or The Courier Guy)
International (United States & Rest of World)
- Flat rate: R870 (approx. $49 USD)
- Delivery timeframe: 15–30 business days via our international courier partner
- Tracking: a tracking number and link are provided by email once your order is dispatched

- Flat rate: R990 (~€49 EUR)
- Delivery timeframe: 15–25 business days
- Tracking number provided by email after dispatch
- Customers are responsible for any EU import duties or VAT applicable in their country
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites, as delivery requires a physical signature to ensure your device arrives safely.
Customs & Duties: For South African orders, all import duties and local VAT are already included in your checkout price — no surprise fees on delivery. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their own country's customs authority.
